INTRODUCTION

Beginnings and Growth

The story of Niso began in 1974 on a quiet street in Tel Aviv, where Niso Adut, a young man with a dream and a small upholstery shop, set out to make his mark. What started as a modest operation, producing furniture for passersby and local shops, quickly grew as word spread about Niso’s exceptional craftsmanship. Over the years, the shop expanded, room by room, until it became the sprawling 800-square-meter gallery it is today. This transformation from a small workshop to Israel’s largest furniture design house is a testament to Niso’s vision and the dedication of his family, who have worked alongside him every step of the way.

HISTORY

Family Tradition

At 78, Niso still arrives at the workshop every morning, his hands busy with the craft he loves. His wife, Lily, has been by his side throughout this incredible journey. Their children, Lion and Yossi, play key roles in the business, with Lion leading the showroom and design department, while Yossi manages the workshop and oversees production. Lion’s wife is also involved in the business, adding her own touch to the family enterprise. The legacy continues with Lion’s three sons, the third generation of the Adut family, who have also joined the business, bringing fresh ideas and helping to carry Niso’s timeless craftsmanship into the future.
