Overlooking the beautiful waterways and striking skyline of Miami, this exceptional residence in Sunny Isles represents one of Niso’s most exciting international projects. Designed by the talented interior designer Sally Chaprak for an Israeli homeowner living in Miami, the residence reflects Sally’s distinctive eye for materials, proportions, and carefully considered details. Her confident design approach brings together elegant finishes, expressive furniture, and a strong sense of individuality. For this project, Niso manufactured a substantial collection of bespoke indoor and outdoor furniture in Israel, shipping two full containers across the Atlantic to Miami. A remarkable collaboration that brings Israeli furniture design and craftsmanship to an entirely different setting.

The outdoor spaces are among the most striking features of the home. A turquoise swimming pool, generous lounging areas, and uninterrupted views of Miami’s waterways and architectural skyline create an extraordinary setting. Sally selected a sophisticated black-and-white palette, allowing the vivid blue of the pool and the surrounding scenery to stand out. The outdoor furniture includes elegant sun loungers, a relaxed lounge area with weighted cushions, and a custom L-shaped Loren sofa featuring redesigned legs by Sally and a distinctive black marble armrest. The outdoor dining area is centered around a dramatic black-and-grey marble table, complemented by matching Cube dining chairs and Cube bar stools. Each piece was carefully considered to give the exterior the same level of design attention as the interiors.

Inside, Sally continues her refined approach through generous living spaces, rich materials, and furniture with a strong sculptural presence. Two separate lounge areas feature the Romi and Robotrix sofas, each accompanied by leather-covered coffee tables crafted by Niso. The dining area includes Leonardo chairs, while matching bar seating completes another part of the interior. The residence features three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private balcony overlooking the remarkable Sunny Isles scenery. A Romi sofa creates a comfortable seating area from which to enjoy the view. Throughout the interiors, Sally’s thoughtful selection of shapes, finishes, and proportions brings together sophisticated design and the relaxed atmosphere of Miami living.

Beyond its location and scale, this project represents the close creative collaboration between Sally Chaprak and Niso. From specially redesigned furniture details to bespoke materials and finishes, the collection was developed to reflect her vision and the homeowner’s preferences. Two containers of furniture, designed and manufactured in Israel and delivered to a private residence in Miami, tell a story of local craftsmanship reaching an international audience. For Niso, it is another expression of our ability to create highly personalized furniture for remarkable homes, wherever they may be.
