Color in Harmony

Interior Design: Liora Sternfeld

In this Tel Aviv apartment designed by Liora Sternfeld, color and texture take center stage. Having collaborated with Liora for many years, we have always appreciated her ability to combine bold shades with softer materials and finishes, creating interiors that feel expressive yet warm and inviting.

For the dining area, We created a round leather-covered table featuring a specially printed Vasco da Gama pattern in deep burgundy tones selected by Liora. The living room features the wooden Sun Flower coffee table and the Sika display cabinet in a wood finish. For this project, we specially developed a transparent glass back for the cabinet, allowing the view beyond it to remain visible rather than being obstructed by the furniture. Opening directly beside the dining area, the spacious terrace continues the colorful design language with Nemo sun loungers, a Dubale sofa in bold orange upholstery, a coffee table, and a large outdoor rug defining the seating area.

In the bedroom, the Vasco da Gama pattern makes another appearance, this time in a softer, lighter fabric on our Skinny Duba bed. Two Roll bedside tables in a stone-colored painted finish complement the upholstered bed and bring a quieter balance to the room. In the bathroom, a Melt ceiling light by British design brand Tom Dixon introduces a sculptural element, adding reflections and a distinctive play of light.

From the printed patterns and carefully selected colors to the custom furniture details and lighting, Liora’s choices give each space its own identity while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the apartment.
