A home in Ramat Gan, renewed without being rebuilt, unfolding across three levels and a generous garden. A quiet yet meaningful transformation. The homeowners, tech-savvy and active, with a sharp eye for detail and a love of hosting, chose to elevate the space without losing the soul it originally carried. Together with their three children and interior designer Tuvia Panfil, a new story took shape, one that respects what was while refining it into a clean, thoughtful and precise language that feels as if it had always been waiting beneath the surface.
The design layers reveal themselves throughout the house: touches of exposed brick meeting black-framed vitrines, a roof combining minimalist linear lighting with soft white tiles that bring warmth and authenticity, and a deep black TV wall with integrated carpentry. Within these strong architectural elements enters a natural softness, a striking zigzag oak staircase, a Chiba dining table with Cube chairs in green patterned textile, and the sculptural Inumbra library by District Eight that adds depth without dominating the room. The living room, the family’s beating heart, blends geometric clarity with rich materials: the new Dubale RL sofa shaped for long, comfortable lounging, a Duba armchair in Vasco da Gama fabric, soft leather accents and a Paris rug that warms the entire space. Everything is wrapped in a calm, intentional presence that allows the home to feel fully theirs, and, truthfully, also a little bit of every guest’s.
Outside, a world of its own unfolds. A vast garden divided into zones, lush with greenery and light. A seating area from the Eleanor collection in soft sky tones, a large outdoor screen turning evenings into an open-air cinema, and on the other side, a warm corner dressed in subtle reds and light woods. Bridging the spaces is an outdoor kitchen that makes it clear: this home isn’t just beautiful, it’s active. It hosts, it moves, it lives. Every piece was chosen to support one experience, family, functionality and aesthetics working together. It is a home full of motion and joy, kids and friends flowing in and out, yet it remains balanced and serene, feeling right at every hour, even those moments when you’re not entirely sure whether you’re hosting, or if the kids’ friends have simply decided to stay.
