Behind every custom project at Niso lies a different story. Sometimes it’s a precise brief from an architect for a luxury tower lobby. Sometimes it’s a moving request from a private client dreaming of a one-of-a-kind piece. And every time, we approach the work with deep listening, material precision, and a great love for high-quality design.
Our custom work suits architects and interior designers who want to create a singular piece—a one-off model that speaks the language of its setting. Whether it’s public spaces like a grand lobby, a clinic, or an office, or a private home that requires a special solution, we’re here to turn an idea into reality.
The entire process is carried out with personal guidance. We sit together, share ideas, plan and draft. Our planning department develops solutions tailored both structurally and aesthetically—speaking to the designer’s creativity and the client’s functional needs. Every stage, from concept to installation, is executed with uncompromising craftsmanship.
We’re happy to share a small taste of several recent projects we created with wonderful architects and designers:
• Leather-Clad Bar Table | Oded Halaf
Project: YBOX Offices, Tel Aviv
Location: Levinstein Tower, Tel Aviv
Year: 2024
Positioned deep within the space facing the urban view, the tabletop is clad in stone-hued leather with gently upturned edges—creating a dynamic, airy look that demanded maximum precision in cutting and material joins. The oval leg was built as a single unit with a widening base and clad in the same leather, including decorative stitching carefully selected by the architect. Duba-model chairs, adapted to a height of 110 cm, harmonize around the table for comfortable seating—but the true achievement lies in the table itself, and the way we pushed the boundaries of the material.

• Amorphic Seating Islands | Alex Meitlis
Project: Azrieli-Sarona Tower Lobby
Location: Azrieli-Sarona Tower, Tel Aviv
Year: 2020
Two monumental seating units, each 4.5 m long, were crafted with precise three-dimensional curvature. Alex personally chose the deep blue fabric and the type of stitching—piping seams for crisp form and a sense of continuity. The two-sided seating enables interaction from different directions, and the convex shape transforms the entire space into something special—an intimate moment at the heart of a bustling commercial center. Alongside the sofas, cube chairs in wood were customized with a special design.

• Custom Lobby | Guy Velikson
Project: Sea & Park
Location: Bat Yam
Years: 2023–2024
The Sea & Park lobby is much more than design—it’s a holistic creation born of close collaboration with designer Guy Velikson, who signed off on every detail, from the material language to the atmosphere. The showpiece is the sculptural reception desk, like a composition of upholstered spheres: a striking leather-clad work surface, dark mirrored fronts framed in black, and a body entirely upholstered in plump leather. Behind it, a dramatic wave wall; beside it, a tall fluted wall by the elevators; a precise ceiling of brass strips with lighting cubes; and an L-shaped side wall with strip lighting. All were designed and produced specifically according to Guy’s sketches.
The work was exacting and professional, yet also enjoyable, open, and full of smiles. Guy was involved down to the smallest fabric choice—whether the angle of a tabletop edge, the placement of a light strip, or the exact leather texture. He came to our workshop to review every mock-up, ensuring everything met the standard neither he nor we were willing to compromise on. Along the way a true friendship formed—built on mutual respect, attentive listening, and a shared curiosity for quality design. A lobby like this is born only when there’s chemistry among all partners—and that’s exactly what happened here.
• Cabinets, Wall Cladding & Joinery Solutions | Esther Zichri
Project: Gold & Wood
Location: Remez Street, Tel Aviv
Year: 2024
In an extensive project with Esther Zichri, we executed a complete joinery scheme—from the entry and living areas down to the most concealed details. Wall cladding in walnut veneer interwoven with mirrors and hand-worked brass tubes, with a recessed TV niche and hidden doors behind. The living room also features vitrines and wooden doors with a precise striped pattern. At the home’s entrance and in additional rooms: a large storage cabinet combining mirror with walnut veneer and a ripple pattern on the left, push-to-open doors, and meticulous alignment of grooves, lighting, and baseboards—all according to a rich, detailed architectural spec. The result: a holistic experience of material, proportion, and planning.

• Seating Units | Sigal Baranowitz & Irena Goldberg
Project: Dr. Amir Zerach Clinic
Location: L Neighborhood, Tel Aviv
Year: 2022
Sometimes a precise process is born from a single conversation—and that’s exactly what happened here. Architects Sigal and Irena, who designed an unconventional clinic with a dramatic look, came to us with inspiration for a special concept. They designed armchairs and ottomans tailored precisely to the space’s vision. We took their design and together engineered five different units, each distinct, shaped like magnets that connect to one another. The units were upholstered in dark gray synthetic fur that amplifies the space’s drama. Our planning department produced detailed drawings, and we created a pilot armchair to test foam firmness and comfort. After the architects visited to approve the model, we gathered notes and completed the units. The result: singular pieces of functional art.
• Leather-Clad Wardrobes & Joinery | Tzvia Kaziuf
Project: Penthouse Villa
Location: Penthouse, Ramat Hasharon
Year: 2018
Two wardrobes in the bedroom—one in the corridor and one beside the bed—were clad in natural leather in a warm greige tone with a delicate lizard emboss. The design is divided into rectangles that rhythmically segment the fronts. The corridor wardrobe features elegant recessed handles; the bedroom wardrobe uses push-to-open hardware. All cladding was handcrafted by Niso Adut himself, using the special technique he developed over the years.
• Innovative Printed Textiles | Oded Halaf
Project: Amot Campus Tower Lobby
Location: Holon
Year: 2022
Oded Halaf hand-designed the pattern—drawings that ultimately merged into a unique textile print on furniture. The printing was executed together with Kornit Digital using innovative technology precisely adapted to the patterns of our models—an especially complex task with amorphous furniture. Each pattern piece was pre-calculated and tested for fit before production. The result: Rocket sofas and Duba swivel armchairs in bold hues, all in a cohesive design language of colorful forms—designed, printed, and upholstered here in Tel Aviv, with exacting customization.
The building and interior, planned by architect Moshe Tzur and designed by architect Oded Halaf, won the prestigious Macael Architecture Prize, presented by the King and Queen of Spain. The building was hailed as the most beautiful in the Middle East, and its stunning lobby, designed by Halaf, is an exceptional work that blends aesthetics with innovative technology.
• Custom Executive Desk & Library | Deutsch Architects
Project: Real-Estate Office
Location: Life Towers, Bnei Brak
Year: 2025
A management desk designed specifically for the space: a walnut-veneer top in a warm brown tone with a generous work surface and thick edge; one half-round leg in smooth natural leather, hand-clad; and a second leg in solid brass with vertical ribbing, oriented toward the urban view of Bnei Brak—fabricated especially to match the designer’s vision. The library is a customized evolution of the “Rafaeli” model, typically suited to straight walls or room dividers—here rendered circular, wrapping a central column with a perfect radial fit, featuring floating shelves in walnut to match the nearby desk, concealed lighting, and tall brass posts from floor to ceiling. The work included unique connection solutions and detailed renderings through to final approval.
