Details:

This pair of Bump Coffee Cups by Tom Dixon combines softly grey glass with a geometric form that reveals the drink within. Handmade from borosilicate glass, the cups feature double walls that help reduce heat transfer and maintain a comfortable outer surface. The space between the walls adds visual depth, setting the coffee apart within the vessel. Clean lines give the pair a distinctive yet understated tabletop presence.

Cleaning info:

Glass is an elegant and durable material, yet it is sensitive to scratches, water spots, and fingerprints. For daily cleaning, it is recommended to use warm water with mild soap and a soft cloth or a non-abrasive sponge. To ensure perfect drying and prevent marks, wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using strong degreasers, acidic substances, bleach, or rough scouring pads, as these may scratch or damage the transparency of the material. A thorough cleaning every few weeks with diluted vinegar in water can help remove stubborn stains and restore the shine. For delicate or particularly thin glassware, it is recommended to wash by hand rather than in a dishwasher to prevent cracks or heat damage. Decanters and glassware with narrow openings can be cleaned using a dedicated soft brush, warm water, and a drop of soap, and should be dried upside down to prevent water accumulation. With the right care, your glass will maintain its beauty and shine for years to come.
